Historic building, beautiful architecture, central location

The elevator wasn’t working and the stairs are incredibly steep and narrow!!! Finding parking was a hassle, with garages closed nearby!!! The rooftop pool was completely drained during our stay!!!

During my stay, I loved the spacious room and the fantastic views from the rooftop pool, which made my mornings feel extra special while I enjoyed breakfast up there. the hotel's central position made exploring Old San Juan so effortless, with landmarks like Castillo de San Cristobal and Plaza Colon just a short stroll away. I'm a solo traveler and found the ambiance cozy and inviting, perfect for a few days of city exploration.

Our stay was wonderfully enriching, with easy access to the vibrant nightlife and local flavor of San Juan. The rooftop offered breathtaking views, and we loved unwinding there after a day of exploring. Breakfast options were also impressive and locally sourced!

My kids wished there was a more convenient way to control the AC—it was frustrating having to call the front desk. An in-room remote would have been a huge help for families.

Room was spacious and functional. Wi-Fi was spotty, would have liked better connection.

Had an awesome time here with friends! We explored nearby historic sites and enjoyed the vibrant nightlife, dining at top restaurants and bars. The rooftop area was perfect for relaxation after a day out. Just heads up, the pool can get crowded at times. I'd recommend checking out the rooftop bar for a fun evening vibe!

The only downside was that there was a weird smell coming from the closet in our room. It seemed like maybe they had just done some maintenance or a repair. It didn't bother us too much since we were only there for a short stay.

la terraza has a fantastic location. it's close to a small pool, a restaurant on the rooftop, and a bar right off the lobby. the staff was very friendly, and i really enjoyed the cafe con leche. the room was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

I loved every moment of my stay! The rooftop terrace had an infinity pool with amazing views over the historic streets, and I adored sipping coffee in the charming cafe downstairs. My spacious King Beautiful Room was a perfect oasis, combining comfort with beautiful decor.
